Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Never Lose Hope Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment Processing Time…
Please be sure your “ship to” address is correct. Orders are shipped to the address listed on your account or as noted at checkout if different from your account. Not verifying your ship to address prior to finalization of your order may significantly impact the time in which it takes to get your order delivered. Never Lose Hope Designs is not responsible for verifying your shipping address, although every attempt will be made to do so through normal tools available from the major carriers.
Most orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks of order placement being that everything is proudly made to order. Orders are not shipped or delivered, however, on weekends or holidays.
Orders are generally shipped in the order in which they are received. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, Never Lose Hope Designs will do our best to fit your order into our schedule, while not causing a delay to orders placed prior to yours.
Carriers…
Never Lose Hope Designs uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders, unless a different carrier is specifically requested in the notes section at checkout. First Class domestic mail generally arrives in three to five days. Domestic orders weighing 16 ounces or more are mailed via Priority Mail, which generally arrives in two to three days, but is not “guaranteed” to arrive in that time frame.
Never Lose Hope Designs can use the following carriers to deliver your package, although additional costs may be incurred and will need to be paid for prior to shipment:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Shipping Rates…
Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes tracking for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging, handling and fees. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping your order will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide that the shipping fees are not commenceruate with the product(s) purchased.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tacking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive the tracking number and would like one, please contact us, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. You can contact us:

Back Orders…
If an item goes on back order, Never Lose Hope Designs will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, Never Lose Hope Desings will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes…
Never Lose Hope Designs is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsiblity of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Never Lose Hope Designs does not ship outside of the U.S.
